Description |
The motif is a tiger in bamboo grove.
In earlier years, it was considered that tigers lived in bamboo forest.
The motif is expressed in the Maki-e gold lacquer and the Urushi-e painting.
The Netsuke is made of wood.
It is lacquered with Urushi, and, the sun and waves are expressed in carving.
The Ojime seems to be made of old black glass.
Small cracks and chips are recognized on the Inro.
There is a hole on the bottom of the second section. |
