Payment Terms

The following payment methods are available.
Please select your most convenient way of payment.

1. Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard & JCB) |
|
|
(1) If you would like to buy our items by credit card, please click the
[Buy with Card] button prepared on each item's description page.
(2)Another window will open. Please fill in your shipping information.
Then, please click the [Submit] button.
(3) Another page for the credit card settlement will appear. (That page
is provided by the credit card settlement intermediary company "ZERO"). Please fill in all of the required credit card information. Then, please click the [Confirm] button at the bottom of the page.
We will receive the information of your name, email address and the reference numbers
of the items.
(4) Within 5 business days at the latest (Usually, the day after receiving
order), we will dispatch the items to you by EMS.
You will receive an email message from us with the tracking number for
your order.
You can easily follow where your order is by retrieving the tracking number
on the internet.
*Note
If you would like to buy multiple items in a lump, please repeat a credit
card settlement for a number of the items.

2. PayPal (In US Dollar) |

(1)If you would like to pay the amount through PayPal, please contact us with the reference number of the article that you would like to purchase.
(2)Then, we will reply to your email and inform you of the total amount
to pay and also our email address for PayPal remittance.
(3)We will send the items to you as soon as we confirm your payment through PayPal.
(4) When we dispatch the items to you by EMS, you will receive another
email message with the tracking number for your order.
You can easily follow where your order is by retrieving the tracking number
on the internet.

3. Remittance to our bank account in Japan (In US Dollar or Japanese Yen) |

4. International Postal Money Order |

Please note that International Money Order is different from Banker's Check
or Personal Check.
IPMO is sent from a Post Office of your country to our company address. |

Shipment Terms

Your item will be sent by EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS's services feature the following.
(1)Quick delivery. Same delivery time as other couriers such as DHL or UPS.
(2)100% insured. The insurance fee is included in the shipping fee.
(3)Each cargo is given its own registered number so you can trace the cargo
on the Internet. |

Shipping and insurannce fees are included in a price of merchandise. |

At the latest, your item will be sent within 5 business days after we receive your payment.
Usually, we send the package the day after receiving payment.

Return Policy
|

Only in case you found a difference between our description of the item
and the actual item you received, we refund the full amount.
When you decide to return an item, please inform us within 7 days of receiving
your shipment.
Then, please send the item to us in the same condition as you received
it.
After we receive the item back, we will issue the refund.
We will refund the full amount you have paid to us and also the shipping
cost for returning the item to us.
Please note, if we find much of a difference between the condition of the
item at dispatching and that at receiving, we might not be able to refund
the full purchase price to you.
